Commercial sponsorship - cycling

Brother’s involvement with UK cycling works on a commercial, social and practical level.

Cycling offers a great metaphor for our business and values. Productivity, efficiency, results and teamwork are all key elements for both cycling and Brother UK, supported by an ‘At your Side’ ethos.

We sponsor neutral support vehicles, which really demonstrate ‘At your Side’, providing assistance in critical moments. We also sponsor major races in the UK as the print and results partner as well as various continental and pro-continental teams – with equal funding going to men’s and women’s teams and events, demonstrating a balanced investment portfolio not usually seen in the sport.

Gone for Good and Charity Fleetcare

Gone for Good and Charity Fleetcare are two separate social enterprises set up by one organisation to improve the donor experience when giving goods to charity. They have developed a mobile app which enables donors to book a collection of goods for delivery to their chosen charity. The system uses Brother's rugged jet printers to provide customer receipts and to tag collected items.

Benefits for Brother UK

The commercial benefit for us is from the sales of products and the networking it provides in the charity sector, which helps us to create synergy with our social values and environmental ethos.

Benefits for Gone for Good

We support Gone for Good with product loans for pilots and financial support for marketing activities and events. We have also hosted their customers in our product and solutions showroom.
