Brother UK has been externally assessed by Investors in People and has been honoured with the highest award possible, Platinum, in recognition of our people management.

It is estimated that only 0.05% of companies in the UK could meet such a high standard and marks us as an industry leader in people development.

Employee benefits

We continue to recognise hard work through our online platforms and a range of employee benefits:

We have a multi award winning Learning and Development Programme. Not only has this programme been awarded the Princess Royal Training Award three times in the last 5 years, in 2020 it also won silver at the Learning Tech Awards.

We are an Investors in People Platinum holder, utilising this prestigious people management framework to ensure we take care of our people.

We salary benchmark all of our roles to ensure we are offering you the true value of your role.

We offer a charitable giving policy including paid time off to support community lead social intervention programmes.

The Queen's Award 2018

On the 18th October 2018, we were honoured to be presented with The Queen's Award for Enterprise: Sustainable Development, for the second time.

We were one of only 8 businesses in the country to receive this accolade, in recognition for our continuous efforts to develop a strategy that will enable us to be sustainable for the future.

History of Brother

We marked 50 years of trading in 2018 in the community of Tameside, Greater Manchester which is a significant milestone for any business. With the right people, right credentials and run the right way, we'll stay a sustainable enterprise for the next 50 years.
