Rated 3 out of 5 by from 3 out of 5 The QL820 is great but there is a number of quirks, it doesn’t always seem to recognise the type of paper being used, and when using the software you can send prints thinking the print has gone ahead only to find the red light flashing with an error message, sometimes requiring a reset or power off to clear. The printer menus aren’t easy to navigate when your looking for specific settings unless you have the user manual which you need to find online.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from druckt gut und schnell Habe das Gerät schon länger im Einsatz. Jedoch hatte ich Mühe mit dem Verknüpfen der Datenbank. Ebenfalls konnte ich nicht auf Anhieb ein Layout nach meinen Bedürfnissen erstellen. Youtube hat mir dabei geholfen.

Easy to use, great software and quick printing even from the phone. I only connect with BT since its so convenient and never disconnects.
