Doch bin unendlich froh das ich mich überwinden lies und das Brother QL-810W gekauft habe. Einfach Fantastisch.! Welten besser als Dymo, sehr praktisch und schnell, ich empfehle es zu 100%.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy one! I received this as a gift. I spent 4 hours of my time plus at least 2 hours with Brother technical support trying to get it to print. It would spit out labels but printed nothing on them. I asked Brother to replace the unit. But since I did not have the original receipt, they would not. Thank goodness I had my old QL-570 that did work. I will not buy another Brother product.

I am not happy that a battery was not included despite the instructions very clearly stating that the printer needs to be charged for a number of hours and not to use it until the battery is fully charged. This is wrong and misleading. Other than that, the printer is fairly easy to use.
