Connecting to a Computer (1) I connected the P-touch to the computer using the enclosed USB cable as instructed by the driver setup dialog box, but theinstallation does not continue.

The ink ribbon (black tape) got caught in between the tape layers and came out of the printer, and the tape cannot be used. The tape does not cut well.
