"JAM DUPLEX" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM INSIDE" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM MP TRAY" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM REAR" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM TRAY 1", "JAM TRAY2" error message appears on the LCD.
An error message referring to BRSVC01A.EXE appears after installing the printer driver on Windows® XP SP2 or Windows Server 2003.
The error message "Can not load Word for Windows 6.0 files" appears at the end of the software installation. I have installedWindows® XP Service Pack 2 (SP2).
Why does the LCD of my machine display "CHANGE DRUM SOON"?

"JAM DUPLEX" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM INSIDE" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM MP TRAY" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM REAR" error appears on the LCD.
"JAM TRAY 1", "JAM TRAY2" error message appears on the LCD.
Printouts have wrinkles or creases.

Black toner marks appear across the page.

I am using Windows 2000 /XP. When I print from Adobe® Reader® 7.0, strange characters are printed on thepage.
I am using Windows/ Mac OS 8.x-9.x. When I print from Adobe® Illustrator® with PCL printer driver, text and images arejagged.
I cannot print from my computer via network. (For Windows)
I'm experiencing a problem when printing from Adobe® Acrobat®/ Acrobat® Reader®/ Reader®.
I'm using the Simple Network Configuration capabilities of Apple® Mac OS X. The printer appears in the "Print Center","Printer Setup Utility", "Print & Fax" or "Print & Scan", but I cannot print.
Printouts have a grey background.
Printouts have toner specks.
Printouts have wrinkles or creases.
Use the "Booklet Printing" feature.
Vertical black lines appear on the printout.
When I print from Adobe® Illustrator® with the ‘Improve Grey Printing’ option enabled, the document with halftone setting does notprint as expected.
Where is the Auto 2-sided(Duplex) setting option in the Mac OS X 10.3 driver or greater?
White lines appear down the page.
White spots appear in areas of dense black printing.
White spots on black text and graphics or black spots appear at 94 mm (3.7 in.) intervals.
