Secure Print+* is a simple and effective system for the secure printing of confidential documents - without installation or additional software! The print job is only started after authentication on the device via PIN code or NFC card.

Card authentication

Your documents will not be printed until you pick them up at the printer. They are released for printing using an ID card with Near Field Communication (NFC).

Easy administration

Users can be added and deleted in a few simple steps. A separate profile can be created for each user. Individual access rights can be assigned to some or all of the printer's functions.

Frequently asked questions

With the Secure Print+ upgrade, NFC ID cards can be configured in such a way that users can release the print job on a specific printer by tapping the printer with their ID card. In addition, specific user profiles can be created that grant access to all or some of the printer functions.
Up to 200 users can be added.
The Secure Print+ firmware is activated on your printer.
