The Request Help upgrade is a time- and cost-effective way for system administrators or service partners to provide you with practical information and advice on your Brother machine. Technical support requests can be made directly from the menu on the Brother network-based machine. These requests are then emailed to your system administrator or preferred service provider.

If you are unsure about system requirements or compatibility, we recommend that you contact your Channel partner or Brother office to get started.

The Request Help upgrade only works with compatible devices that have been activated with this function. A license key is required for activation, which is available for the following devices:
