WEEE Directive

Brother UK Ltd is a registered producer under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulation 2007.


Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive

All Brother products have complied with RoHS Directive, prior to the 1st July 2006 which was the implementation.


REACH Directive

Brother and parties working on behalf of Brother have completed the necessary pre-registrations and are working to ensure registration at the appropriate time.


Waste Packaging Directive

We fulfil our recycling and recovery obligations as required by the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations.


Waste Battery Directive

Brother UK is registered as a batteries producer as required by the Waste Batteries and Accumulator Regulations.


Zero Waste to Landfill

Brother UK Ltd is committed to sending Zero Waste to Landfill and is dedicated to improving waste management on site in line with the Defra waste hierarchy.
