Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drum Unit Faulty - Less Than 2000 Pages So I bought this printer new in 2020. It has been fine, but for one issue that cannot be resolved. I have printed less than 2000 pages, and there are now a number of visible dots appearing on the printouts. This is due to toner sticking to the drum. This is a known issue to Brother, hence them offering instructions on how to remove these dots. Alas, they cannot be removed. I have tried several times using the methods suggested by Brother, to no avail. This has rendered the drum unit irreparable, and yet still showing with a 97% lifespan left. Utterly appalling. AVOID.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from you would never regret it The best printer ever that I had. I have printed roughly 2000 pages which most printer probably do it in two years or even more and then you would see the printer some times struggles to print. This one does not struggle at all.
