Rated 4 out of 5 by from Consumo excesivo tinta No se porque motivo desde hace un tiempo gasta mucha tinta CIAN, el cartucho dura unos 100 folios. el resto de cartuchos, el consumo es normal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Imprimante multifonction avec A3 très complète Les fonctions scan et impressions sur de multiples tailles de papiers sont vraiment très pratiques. Le cout des consommables est quand même un peu élevé et la capacité d'impression est comme toujours mensongée. L'on ne fait jamais autant d'impressions comme précisé sur les caractéristiques. La qualité d'impression en N&B est correcte. Par contre, en couleur, c'est plutôt mauvais. De plus maintenant que la garantie est terminée, mon appareil vient de fêter ses trois ans, il est apparu des lignes verticales lors de toutes les impressions. Malgré ma prise de contact avec le service SAV, aucune solution proposée n'a résolu mon problème. Je pense que les têtes sont mortes et l'on me demande de renvoyer l'appareil, à mes frais bien évidement. C'est moins couteux de changer de machine. Mais pas sur de reprendre cette marque. Suis déçu.

Je dois sans cess faire naviguer une clé USB de l'imprimante à mon PC pour chaque travail à faire. C'est vraiment pas le top, j'ai déjà écris à Borther, je n'ai jamais eu de réponds qui résolve mon problème.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good scanner and an average printer I've owned the MFC-J6930DW for about 4 years so I am speaking from a long-term owners perspective. I use the printer in a home environment so it's not used on a daily basis, more like weekly. As the title implies, the scanner function is excellent in terms of scanning office type documents for archiving. The scanning is quick and its duplex function is excellent. The scanner never jams, which is unlike other brands I have tried. It also has a large flat-bed so you can scan legal documents and A3. I have used this for scanning certificates and awards etc and it's been really useful to have the capability. It's not great for scanning photos though and I wouldn't recommend it for that as the scan quality doesn't bring out the best in the colours or dynamic range. As for the printing, it's relatively quick but the quality is only average. I've been using the XL size ink cartridges and they last longer than average, but like most printers they're too expensive in my opinion. My cartridges recently ran out and I decided it was a good time to switch printers and I bought an Epson EcoTank ET-3850. The print quality is better on the Epson and the ink will last a lot longer, so in the long run it will be more cost effective. I won't be getting rid of the Brother though as the versatile scanning it offers will still come in hand in the future.
