Rated 2 out of 5 by Irmi from Touchscreen defekt Eigentlich ein sehr guter Drucker, mit dem ich sehr zufrieden war, bis plötzlich das Touchscreen nicht mehr reagiert. Da die Tintenpatronen ausgewechselt werden müssen, aber keine Bestätigung über das Touchscreen möglich ist, ist der Drucker nicht mehr zu gebrauchen..Schade Brother! Nach 2 Druckern von Brother wird der nächste wohl ein anderes Fabrikat.

Rated 2 out of 5 by PDS8900 from Toucscreenproblemen Ben normaal tevreden over dit product, tot ik het touchscreen niet meer kan gebruiken. Betekent ook dat ik een nieuwe cartridge niet kan initialiseren. M.a.w. ik kan geen kopies meer nemen noch printen (steeds foutmelding). Een andere printer van dit type is blijkbaar niet meer te kopen (voor verder gebruik van de cartridges LC 223/221.

Rated 2 out of 5 by hester from slechte keus als 1 kleur inkt op is dan stopt ie met printen, vervolgens vervang je die kleur. Dan doet ie het nog niet, moet je alle kleuren vervangen terwijl die nog lang niet leeg zijn. Dure grap op deze manier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Stefnik from Ständig Papierstau, Druck über WLAN klappt nicht. Das ist mein erster Brother-Tintenstrahler und mein letzter. So einen schlechtes Gerät habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Wollte vorhin drei Blätter beidseitig bedrucken. Dabei gab es zweimal Papierstau. Noch schlimmer: der eingegebene WLAN-Code wird nicht gemerkt. Schon wenige Minuten später muss man ihn erneut eingeben. Also läuft man ständig und verbindet das Macbook per USB-Kabel mit diesem Drucker. Und das im Jahr 2021. Ich kann allen nur von diesem Produkt abraten. Ich habe das Produkt gekauft, weil ich der Marke Brother Vertrauen entgegen gebracht habe, der Preis gut schien und das Design ansprechend war. Aber das betrifft nur das Äußere. Tatsächlich ist das Design misslungen, denn sonst würde er funktionieren. Ich würde so ein Gerät heute nicht einmal mehr geschenkt nehmen. Es ging schon los mit einer CD in der Packung, die man für die Installation brauchte. Ich erwarte, dass es sich völlig problemlos wie ein Macbook verhält. Ich habe keine Lust, Geräte zu installieren. Das ist Benutzerunfreundlichkeit aus dem letzten Jahrhundert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by IVOR MACDONALD from My printer is DCP-375CW After getting my Windows 7 computor changed to windows 10,had big problems with my printer,not recieving data from computer.even after reloading operating program for Win-10.printer was recognised as default printer.I could transfer scanned images from printer to computer files OK.Had to get Tecknitian back to make alterations,to make it work,was difficult,took 45 mins.Apparently this hapens often,when upgrading to Win-10,as seen on Brother's web-site.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Unhappy Harry from Brother can do better. A low cost product which prints okay when it prints at all. Endless trouble with blocked ink jets, instructions to remove and reinsert ink cartridges and warnings of empty cartridges which aren't.
