Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality prints and unreliable wireless I have been disappointed with my purchase of the DCP-J1100DW since the beginning. It frequently loses it’s connection to the wireless network and has to be restarted, and sometimes setup from scratch, in order to reconnect. The quality of the prints are poor and I have to clean the print heads, or print 2 copies every time I use the printer to get rid of lines and bleeding (I don’t use the printer often, once every 1 or 2 weeks). Reinstalling the firmware does not fix the problem.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Imprimante DCP-J1100DW : satisfaction Achetée en avril 2021, donc à 20 mois d'usage régulier, je voulais vous faire partager ma satisfaction aux niveaux des rendements et qualité d'impression (txt comme photos), étant souligné que l'encre fournie en XL vient seulement d'expier. Par contre contrairement à un autre modèle utilisé précédemment, je regrette que la fonction recto-verso ne se face pas en auto lorsque l'on copie ou scan depuis le bac supérieur, cela nécessite donc de retourner systématiquement ses feuilles manuellement sur la vitre et c'est trés fastidieux. Elle eût été parfaite avec cette fonction complémentaire...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Imprimante complète et économe Ma précédente imprimante était très gourmande en cartouche d'encre. Cela était à la fois un gouffre financier et polluant. Je recherchais une imprimante de marque reconnu et surtout qui me permettrait de dépenser le moins possible en cartouche. Je suis tombé sur cette innovation Brother DCP J1100DW qui propose tout ce dont j'ai besoin (impression de qualité, recto/verso, numérisation de document et même impression de photo au besoin, impression à distance via wifi depuis mon smartphone, etc. C'est sincèrement le meilleur investissement que j'ai fait en terme économique et écologique. Fini le remplacement de cartouche à 10 x par an. Là avec la brother, j'utilise les mêmes cartouches depuis sa date d'achat qui remonte à l'année 2020, c'est TOP !
