Rated 2 out of 5 by from Deux problèmes de qualité nécessitant des réponses J'ai acheté ce produit il y a seulement deux mois. Je dois imprimer juste quelques pages une ou deux fois par semaine. J'ai choisi ce produit pour remplacer une imprimante à jet d'encre d'une autre marque, dans le but d'obtenir des impressions couleur de haute qualité (dessins d'art). Hélas, je remarque deux défauts : 1) Pratiquement à chaque démarrage, les trois ou quatre premières pages imprimées sont entachées d'un fond gris (sortes de bandes ou de tâches) qui les rend impropres à un usage normal. Ensuite, ce fond gris a tendance à s'atténuer. 2) les couleurs obtenues ne respectent pas bien l'original. L'imprimante à jet d'encre était bien plus fidèle à cet original. Mes questions : 1) Ce fond gris est-il un défaut d'origine ? Comment y remédier définitivement ? 2) Les couleurs obtenues peuvent-elles être ajustées par des réglages ? Merci pour votre aide. Je ne répondrai au questionnaire suivant lorsque j'aurai des réponses et corrigé les défauts constatés. Cordialement,

Je suis très satisfait de cette imprimante : qualité d'impression, rapidité, recto-verso automatique.
