Our Returns Department will guide you through our Returns Policy and provide you with an RMA number.
If the item was damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a Brother UK Consumables Shop package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 3 days providing that proof of delivery has been endorsed damaged.
Once the proof of delivery has been endorsed damaged, please contact our Returns Department who will authorise an RMA number. (Returns Number). Call the Returns Department on 0844 8449935 or email at RMARequest@brother-uk.com and please state your order number, telephone number and your enquiry.
If damaged, we will replace like for like free of charge, if an alternative product was required, we will need to process a new order for the goods that are required and to take a new payment.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item notify our Returns Department within 3 days by email at RMARequest@brother-uk.com and please state your order number, contact telephone number and your enquiry. After investigating and proven to be correct we will raise a RMA number and book a TNT Collection to pick up up the incorrect item(s) to be returned back to us for a refund.
Please note: Incorrect items must be returned unopened and in resalable condition. If you want us to replace the item, you will need to place a new order and take a new payment.
You have the right to return your products within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered, should you wish to do so please notify our Returns Department by email at RMARequest@brother-uk.com
Please state your order number, contact telephone and giving the reason for the return as "I don't require it anymore". You are responsible for the cost of returning items during the cooling-off period and these will only be accepted if they are unopened and in resalable condition.
On receipt of your email the Returns Department will issue a RMA number which must be quoted on all packaging, failure to quote the RMA number will result in the goods being returned and no refund processed.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service , Brother UK Ltd will not be liable for goods lost in transit that cannot be supported by proof of postage documentation.
Damaged or defective items
If an item has been delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective, please notify our Returns Department by email at RMARequest@brother-uk.com, state your order number, contact telephone and giving the reason for the return, the returns department will contact you direct to arrange collection via TNT unless otherwise advised.
Note: in the event of Brother UK Limited sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Brother UK Limited within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
