Start button doesn't work on it, and scanner only works half the time. Will never ever buy Brother again. This scanner has cost our business a great deal of time, stress and money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PDS5000 Scanner We have had this product for four weeks and the speed of scanning is excellent. Set up is quick and easy with no compatibility issues. I would highly recommend this product (especially the feature of duplex scanning) which really speeds up the process. It is compact and neat as well.

I find the product very good at processing the information, and has cut down our scanning time by 2/3. The option buttons are very easy to use and set up for individual needs. Without this scanner we would be loosing a downtime of easy 3 person hours per day. With the extended 3 year warranty I have a great deal of faith in this product..
