Rated 1 out of 5 by from DS mobile 920 DW Scanner twain does not work unfortunately this scanner's twain no long works in Microsoft products. This brother scanner when using a third party app will not change the twain . This is because Microsoft requires win 10/11 to use their drivers, and their's do not support twain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this little scanner I love this little scanner. It scans quick and accurately. The wireless feature is great, lets me download my files from the scanner direct to my computer. It is not loaded with features but has all the features I need, such as, one or two sided scan, black & white or color, pdf or jpg. I take this to use on our food program at church by remotely scanning papers, then downloading them when I get home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than I expected. I was a little skeptical when I ordered the scanner but after I started using it and calibrated it. It exceeded my expectations. This is my first small scanner. I'm impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My own EHR - Electronic Health Records Fantastic in that it is truly portable; no immediate need to connect to a pc. I bring it with me to the doctor's office so that i have a copy of what I sign. I also scanBill's, placing the check on top of it so that it is a record of payment (careful not to cover billing details). I have also used it to capture certificates of students who must qualify before attending class. I have 1 and 2 spares.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great device, hard to get support when not working I have had this for over 2 years and it definitely gets the job done. However, mine started making a yellow background in Jan and I contacted support and they said I needed to send it it but never got back to me as to where or how, even after 2 messages. Support is lacking, I ended up throwing it away as it has sat on my desk for 6 months being useless.
