Rated 1 out of 5 by from Schlechte Qualität Vor drei Monaten gekauft und schon mehrmalls verflucht! Die Installation ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Ich habe den Scanner gekauft um die Hausaufgaben meines Sohnes (Homeschooling) einzuscannen. Insgesamt habe ich das Gerät vielleicht zehn Mal benutzt. Die ersten fünf Mal funktionierte das Scannen problemlos. Die Qualität ist nicht die beste, aber das Gerät war ja auch nicht teuer. Leider wird es von meinem Rechner nicht mehr sofort erkannt. Das Programm PaperPort läuft auch nicht mehr wirklich gut. Dazu muss ich sagen, das ist das einzige USB-Gerät, das nicht erkannt wird und auch alle anderen Programme laufen einwandfrei. Ich muss das Gerät Mehrmalls anschließen bis es schlussendlich dann doch funktioniert und die Dokumente einscannen kann. Das kostet Zeit! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich das Gerät zurück geben.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from accessories unavailable Not a great scanner but lives up to expectations and fulfills my needs except I cannot find 2 of the accessories and inquiries about purchasing replacements are not answered. I have very sophisticated scanners but are all too big for the niche this one fills. The manual, like many from Asia, leaves me perplexed; had to contact support more than once because of manual illegibility. For the price, size and performance, I would buy it again but put the flimsy, plastic-wrap accessories in a safe. You lose them and it's sayōnara brother!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this scanner I was involved in Indy Car racing for years and had many books of photos which I wanted to digitize. I wanted something small that I could just put on the couch as I was watching TV. I have now scanned 1500 pictures with no jams, great color, does both glossy and matte equally well. I would definitely recommend this scanner to anyone. It's also very quick. It scans pictures at 300 dpi with 24 bit color. Can't beat it for the price.
