So easy to set up
I purchased a mid-range scanner for the office. It was so easy to set up. Bonus? It scans BOTH sides of the paper (I didn't know beforehand).

Easy to set up and to use
I purchased my Brother ADS-2100e approximately three months ago and could not be happier. It is in constant use with scanning and emailing documents now a big part of my business

Fehlkauf
Kein effektives Arbeiten möglich. Der Blatteinzug ist so schnell, dass die Blätter teilweise schräg eingezogen werden. Die Rechengeschwindigkeit ist extrem langsam. Bis die eingescannten Seiten auf dem Bildschirm erscheinen dauert ewig. Alter Scanner wurde wieder installiert.

Schneller Scan in guter Qualität,keine Papierstaus
Ich nutze meinen ADS-2100 regelmäßig um Dokumente für die Arbeit einzuscannen. Dies geht immer sehr schnell und ohne Papierstaus. Die Software ist einfach zu bedienen und selbsterklärend. Ok, Geräusche macht er schon-aber das Papier muss halt auch bewegt werden. Für den Fall der Fälle gibt Brother 3 Jahre Garantie. Ich denke jedoch nicht das ich diese nutzen muss.
Ich bereue meinen Kauf nicht und bin mit dem Scanner sehr zufrieden.

Sehr guter, und schneller Scanner. Nutze das Gerät im Büroeinsatz, und dort tut es seinen Dienst perfekt. Durch die stabile Twin Schnittstelle greifen auch mein Dokumentenarchiv sowie DMS System problemlos auf den Scanner zu. Klare Kaufempfehlung für das Gerät.

great scanning but poor integration with windows10
whilst it works very well when detected, I have had to reinstall drivers four times because the device stops being recognised by windows every time there is an update. No other usb device including brother label printer has this problem.

Funktioniert zuverlässig und zügig
Scanne Dokumente und Belege für meine "digitale" Ablage. Wenn mich die Doppeleinzugserkennung nicht ab und an (z.B. bei Dokumenten mit eingebetteten Adressaufklebern) etwas stören würde wüsste ich nichts negatives zu schreiben.

Sehr zügigies scannen und PDF erstellen.
Das Gerät macht seine Arbeit gut. Erst habe ich ein Display und Tasten für die konfiguration direkt am Gerät vermisst, aber wenn man sich einmal mit der Software zur Konfiguration befasst hat läuft alles. Ist halt Gewöhnungssache, ist aber bedienerfreundlich und keine Wissenschaft.

Super Gerät
Ich habe seid einiger Zeit das Gerät in Nutzung, hauptsächlich zur Verwaltung meiner Vereine. Problem war ja immer die umfängliche Information der Vorstandsmitglieder über eingehende Post oder andere schriftliche Informationen. Das hat sich jetzt grundlegend verändert, extrem schnell sind jetzt Dokumente gescannt und per Mail versandt. Besonders gut finde ich, dass das Gerät gleichzeitig Vorder- und Rückseite einscannt. Ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig ist das Einlegen der Seiten, kopfüber und die erste Seite nach hinten, da hat man sich schnell daran gewöhnt, leere Seiten werden auf Wunsch sofort ausgeblendet. Die Seiten werden in einem PDF-Dokument zusammengefasst. Es ist aber auch ein Scann als Bild einstellbar. Die Softwarelösung ist hervorragend gelöst und bietet umfangreiche Möglichkeiten, zum Beispiel Scann direkt in das Mailprogramm als Datei. Es sind aber auch noch weitere Möglichkeiten Vorhanden, als Bild oder Text oder als sofortiger Ausdruck. Das Gerät ist auch als selbständige Einheit ohne Computeranschluss nutzbar. Die Voreinstellungen müssen jedoch einmalig per USB-Anschluss vorgenommen werden. In diesem Fall kann auf einen USB-Stick gescannt werden. Am Gerät kann bei USB-Anschluss gewählt werden ob per Computer oder USB-Stick gescannt werden soll. Die Scannqualität ist hervorragend. Ich hätte aus jetziger Sicht das Gerät mit WLAN kaufen sollen, da ist man nicht mehr an die Länge des USB-Kabels gebunden, denn auf dem Schreibtisch ist meist der Platz knapp. wobei der Scanner nur so viel Platz wie ein kleiner Drucker benötigt. Ich bin begeistert und würde das Gerät jederzeit wieder kaufen, es erleichtert den Büroalltag ungemein. Das einscannen geht sehr schnell.

Does not work on Windows 10
Unfortunately I could not install this on my computer, as the drivers do not seem to work for Windows 10 (Clean install, not an upgrade). I had to install it on the only Windows 8.1 computer I had left in the house (where it installed fine on the first attempt).
Apart from that, the scanner works ok - one issue is that scanning the same page multiple times seems to generate some "noise" (small spots all over the page) when scanning in some instances, but not others. Does not seem to be any "post-processing" feature to clean up the scans that you can enable.

Fast and easy scanning
This product is the perfect tool for going paperless at home, with a direct scanning button or the ability to set up quick scan button through the software. It scans both sides of the page with one pass and is super speedy. Thoroughly recommend this product.

Great value scanner
I purchased this to scan hundreds of double sided documents. And it did its job. The accompanying software was good. The only issue I had was that I could not scan more than 5-8 pages at a time as they would jam the scanner. Not sure if it was due to the paper being stapled earlier. Overall it saved me lots of time.

Very Handy Device
Have always wanted a document scanner as I was constantly going to Office Works to get small documents converted to PDF's. The Brother scanner has solved all of this and I like the ability to scan directly to a USB key. Overall - a great little unit.

I have been scanning papers trying to get rid of old unnecessary files. The machine works fantastically. If it does jam, it is so easy to fix I find it an easy machine to use; I never had a printer so forgiving
