The Brother PJ range of mobile printers finally offer businesses a reliable way of producing high quality A4 sized prints wherever and whenever they are required. Featuring direct thermal printing, this technology is considered by many to be the only reliable solution for mobile print applications. And as no ink, toner or ribbons are used, this ensures workers don't have to source expensive replacements when they run out - the only consumable used is the paper itself.

Compact and lightweight

Despite its incredibly small size and lightweight design, the development and manufacturing process has been focussed on producing a durable, professional printer that can be carried in a briefcase or computer bag, or permanently mounted in a vehicle.

Wi-Fi and USB connectivity

Offering the flexibility of both wired or wireless connections means you can connect to a wide variety of devices such as iOS and Android tablets and smartphones, or to Windows^®, Mac or Linux based desktops and laptops.

Wi-Fi data transmission is fast and secure with support for IEEE802.11b/g/n* (Infrastructure, Adhoc and Wireless Direct modes), and industry standard security such as WEP, WPA(2)-PSK, LEAP, EAP-FAST, PEAP, EAP-TTLS and EAP-TLS.

With built-in support for Wireless Direct, users can still print directly to the printer, without needing to be connected via a Wi-Fi router.

Integrate printing within your existing mobile apps and software

Enabling printing within existing apps or software used to be a difficult task.

However, as well as standard printer drivers for Windows^®, Mac and Linux, Brother has a range of SDK (Software Development Kits) that allow developers to easily add printing capabilities into existing solutions, or allow new printing apps to be developed quickly and efficiently.

SDK's are available for iOS, Android and Windows^® operating systems.
