MFCL2700DW is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 26.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer I purchased this printer as had an MFC-7360N which had been brilliant. However, I needed wireless connectivity so had no hesitation in buying the MFCL2700DW. It does everything I need for home and office printing and scanning. Good speed output and economical. Thoroughly recommended. 5*

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb Printer Easy and rapid installation. Wi Fi connection is solid and reliable and connected easily to wireless PC and tablet. Print quality is perfect and it it is fast.. A major benefit is economic toner cartridge replacement, It keeps the cost of printing to a minimum and this is where I feel this laser printer excels. Inkjet printing is so expensive in comparison. Monochrome printing is probably adequate for most uses so if no real need for colour, this printer really hits the target all round.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First class Excellent in all departments. Very easy set up.Good quality prints. Auto feed scanner excellent although seems to need a short breather to cool down after around 100 pages continuous scanning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Device Great device purchased to replace an ageing HP Mono Laser. Scanning and fax added bonus and works well with OSX Sierra. Great deal from Staples UK on the price as well. Highly recommend great buy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Without fault I needed a replacement for my ancient mono laser printer which was showing it's age. My requirements were quite demanding, had to be combined scanner, fax, printer, wifi networkable and very important have duplex (double sided) printing. The Brother MFCL2700DW met and exceeded my expectations. The wireless network works beautifully. In addition to supporting 3 Mac computers this printer links seamlessly with my iPhone and iPad. All at a very competitive price. Very happy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent value for the money This printer has proved to be a valuable asset to me. It was easy to install and connect to my computer. The printing quality is excellent and works just as well with lower quality paper. It is quiet and fast when printing. I would certainly recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great machine for the price I wanted a mono laser printer for home use as my colour inkjet printer inks are expensive to replace and always seem to be low even though I don't use it very often! I have had mono laser printers in the past and they have been excellent value. I read other users reviews and thought this would be a good machine for the price paid. Only used it a fews times so far but the print quality and speed has been good. It was a bit of a problem to get the wi-fi set up but it now works perfectly. A great machine for the price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MFC-L2700DW My last Brother laser printer lasted at least 8/9 years and gave faultless service, I'd be happy with half that time! Brand loyalty! This printer was so easy to install I never swore once! so easy to operate quality prints/scans perfect! - Oh and Brother update drivers when new OS come out so your not left with a printer that works fine but incompatible with new OS, my original Brother printer was for XP and I had it running on Win10 after downloading the latest driver! Now that's what I call service! well done Brother!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brother MFCL2700DN Dead easy to set up on my Windows PCs. Connects first time every time when my network is booted. Print/Scan is easy from all devices. Bonus is the instant connectivity of Android phones and tablet. Print quality could be finer perhaps.... but is very acceptable within its class. Bundled software is reasonably agile.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality and excellent value for money Very happy with this multi-function device which was excellent value for money. Bought it to replace an inkjet MFC whose cartridges just kept drying out, so I was very happy to switch to a laser printer for a reasonable price. Output is of good quality (excellent for text and OK for images) and scanned images are sharp and with fairly accurate colour reproduction. Also, the fact the printer does duplex and the scanner has a sheet-feeder add a lot to the convenience compared to my old MFC. Consumables are reasonably priced thanks to the separate drum and toner meaning you don't need to replace both, so should mean low running costs. Only slight niggle was setting it up to work with OS X - had to connect a USB cable to set-up the printer to work with my Airport and then it took a couple of attempts to get it to find the network even after choosing the correct access point and giving it the key. Now it's working great though - both scanning and printing with my Mac and printing from iOS devices over AirPrint work well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Replaced very old larger version. It is neat and does everything I have become used to from a Brother printer. I especially like the Control Centre software which is so easy to use and configure. I help many other local friends with other brands which cannot compare with Brother for ease of installation, use, service and software. I have a regular need to scan documents as .pdfs and send them straight to email - it just works.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All the Essentials, Amazing Value This printer is fantastic, very economical and all the features you could ever need and then some! It took literally minutes to install and set up across our network on several computers - the straight through paper route is the main reason we purchased it for label printing, but it has actually displaced our other printers now due to it's speed and ease of use - all we need is a separate colour printer for the rare occasion we use colour.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast Printer - Good Quality Output Great printer - easy to set up a wifi link with Windows 10 laptop and an iPad. I had more trouble with a Windows XP laptop though and can only get it to print via USB, for some reason I can't get the wifi link to work (after some 4 hours trying!). Overall though, it's a good printer and does what I'd intended with the newer computers. I'd have given all 5 stars if I could have got the XP wifi link working.
