Great no nonesense machine

It's my Brother
Gone from a Canon multi functikn ink jet whick was expensive to run and started chewing up paper. Really happy with this Brother, easy to set up and great print quality. Nice compact unit, quite heavy compared to the Canon. A very happy customer.

Great Laser Printer
After many terrible experiences with inkjet printers (HP 7612 being far and away the worst!) we finally bit the bullet and decided to try this laser printer. Turned out to be a good choice, the machine was hooked up to the network and printing within 5 minutes of cracking the box.
Print speed (both single and double sided) and quality is excellent - we're now printing the first sheet within 20 seconds of sending it.rather than the 12 or minutes minutes of the old HP. Runs quiet enough for me.

Great printer with easy usage
Great printer with really good black&white quality printouts. Setup is a bit fiddly if you do not connect it to a computer, but once done it works perfectly in a home wifi environment.

Very happy with my little Brother
Replacement for my 25-year-old HP Laserjet 4 Plus. Was impressed by Brother’s ethical rating. Set-up was easy (including wireless), I followed the instructions and didn’t rush. I adjusted the settings to Eco/quiet mode to save power and reduced the amount of ink used for printing (pages still look great, printed around 30 pages and the ink monitor hasn’t moved!) Features I am really happy with include: print quality, wireless, paper tray, solid output tray, duplex mode, design and build quality.

My Brother printer is fast, quiet and easy to use.
Bought to replace a Canon product which is no longer produced. This is my first Brother product and so far I am impressed. Setting up the Wi-Fi to connect to my various devices was a little tricky but I managed without having to call the Help Line. I needed double-sided printing and this works a treat. Price was very reasonable and compatible toners appear to be quite cheaply priced.

Very good black and white printer
I like the printer its very easy to set up. The best thing is about air printing and it's superb, thats why I like this printer as I like to painting stuff from my smart Phone rather than using a laptop etc. The only dowside is that it only prints black and white and i didnt read the specs properly before buying. I would've given 5 star rating if it had colour printing facilities. Othereise It's an excellent printer for smart users.

Great mono printer, fiddly wifi setup
Bought to replace previous model (HL-L2250DN) which needed new toner&drum (cost more than replacing with 2350).
Once set up it provides trouble-free printing. However, it is wifi only (no ethernet port for hard-wiring to network) although there is a USB connection for linking direct to your PC. The wifi was a bit fiddly, but once the password has been accepted (labouriously feeding in by pressing the up or down arrows and selecting each letter or number individually) it works like a dream.

Wi Fi my foot.
I got this laser printer because I know they are better than ink jet, fact!
Setting up for Wi Fi AirPrint is very difficult, I tried and gave up.
My daughter tried and managed it when I had to go out.
She left me instructions how to do it, and yes I could not do it.
I will have to wait until she visits me and show me how to do it.
How am I printing now, simply by connecting my laptop with a lead which took about 5 minutes to see up.

Decent printer
Very impressed with the easy set up. Prints well and I like you can air print to it too. Toner should last ages too (unlike inkjets etc).

Excellent office machine
I run a business (accountants) and have been using Brother printers for years in both my main work office, and my home one. They are efficient and reliable, producing quality printed documents for my customers. This model is easy to set up and is very neat on the desk, taking the minimum of surface area. Highly recommend.

Very fast printing as I use A5 paper but has a another slot on top to printer A4 with out opening the tray and changing the paper response is quick print quality very impressed setup took a while but well worth it value for money

Great Value Laser Jet Printer
I got to the point that I wanted to be able to print in a cost effective and quick way. This is it. Easy set up, quick to print, if it is too noisy then adjust the setting to quiet mode, it slows down but is almost whisper silent. If you want colour printing or a copier/scanner then clearly this is not for you. If you want good quality black and white printing then go for it!

If you need a simple A4 printer for the home for light use this is the one for you. I had a predecessor of it which lasted a good 10+ years and in the grand scheme of things cost very little to maintain. It uses toner so no fear of clogged ink heads when you've not printed anything for 2 weeks or more. Took 10 mins to set up and plays very nicely with all my Apple kit using the wireless AirPrint function.

Easy setup and does what it says on the box
Rather than install a pile of software I don’t want/need, I just stuck the printer on a desk and followed the wireless setup on the printer display.
It all worked perfectly. Macs, pc and iOS machines all worked without problems.
Only niggle was the very low fill ink cartridge only printed about 300 pages and not the 700 odd expected. Probably best to buy a full cartridge when first buying it.
