I have purchased several over the years in my different capacities, as president of recreation boards, as well as home. Each performed for many years. None has ever failed. This one is an upgrade for home use. My only recommendation is that owners should clean the print heads periodically. .

Rated 2 out of 5 by Katherine S from Poor scanner performance When I changed laptops I had to download the driver again, after which the printer no longer recognised that it did double-sided printing. It has also stopped picking up wifi signal for the laptop so I can't scan to file. And I was disappointed to find that the scanner didn't function as a double-sided scan, nor does it scan multiple pages in one file when fed from the top.

Doesn't seem to swallow the ink quickly & seems reliable (only had it a few months). Quality of printing is perfect. Prints daily quickly too. I'm really pleased with the product. Only downside or this product is the size. It's very bulky (I guess that's the problem with all A3 printers)
