Enjoying this machine
My brother copier/printer does a really good job. The only thing I do not like about it is the sound it makes when it starts printing and the paper is released into the machine. It makes a sounds as if it takes a tremendous amount of energy to get the paper to move. At first I thought it was broken, but it always makes the same sound and it has always worked.

Works well for the price I paid

New brand
This printer has been fantastic! Faster than I am used to and efficient. I found myself with no printer one day and bought this one on a whim. I use it at home and it's been great with one exception: it seems to have issues "forgetting" what it's supposed to do. If I crawl on the floor to unplug it and plug it back in, it seems to regain it's memory. It's totally WIFI so there's no hard wiring it to the computer, which I would prefer. It doesn't unplug from the back of the machine which means I have to crawl on the floor to take care of business. Very annoying. I was able to hard wire it for installation purposes but the lid doesn't close all the way if you leave the cable plugged in. Strange.

Had never had a brother product before, but I will from now on if I ever need one , this printer is awesome. Prints from my laptop and my iPhone easy to set up great for pictures right out of my gallery

I purchased this printer because people wrote in the reviews that it was easy to set up. It was not easy to set up. That is not why I gave it one star. The automatic paper feed does not work. The sensors in the paper tray are BAD. After about 2 or 3 copies I get an error message "clean the pickup rollers" I also get messages "no paper, reload paper" There is paper in the tray. I have to Take the paper tray out and put it back in several times before the contacts sense that there is paper in the tray and the pickup rollers are clean. On the positive side it prints fast and the quality is good.

Great Value
Only had for a few months but printer has more than met my needs. Easy set up, great copies, printing is sharp and scanning worked well. Haven't had to replace ink yet so I can't comment on that.

Love it BUT miss

Poor Wireless Printing
Printer does not respond for wireless printing. Computer says "looking for printer" which is on indicating wireless feature is on. If unit is unplugged for a few seconds it then responds.

Most efficient, clear printer I've owned
I have always purchased lower-priced printers. I have a small business that is paperless. Therefore, I do not have the need to print out huge amounts of documents. However, when I need to print or scan, I need it to be perfect, clean and clear as if it was a very expensive printer. This is the easiest, most comprehensive and effortless printer I've owned. The price is phenomenal for the quality of this machine. I adore wireless printing it has made my life so easy. I love this printer!

Great Printer
My previous printer (an Epson) used a lot of ink. This printer does not use a lot of ink. I am still on the cartridges that came with it and I have printed quite a bit. I highly recommend this printer. I’m so glad I bought it.

Does all that I need!
This is our first Brother printer, a four-in-one, that performs each of those tasks very satisfactorily, print, scan, copy, and fax. The quality of the print is excellent, the fax works nicely, and the table top for scanning is exactly what we needed for scanning articles in books, magazines, and newspapers.
