The one thing I do miss about the HP is the compatibility with Alexa in the UK, I brought this from amazon as it stated it was compatible with Alexa, Great!, one problem, it's NOT. It IS compatible if you live in the USA, otherwise brother do NOT support Alexa in other regions. Even after speaking to both amazon and Brother, neither gave me a good reason why this was. Brother need to address this issue as they can do it in the USA, why not everywhere?

Definitely less that similar competing brands. Perhaps it was just my experience, but this is the one aspect that stands out when I think about the device
