We’re celebrating being named one of the UK’s 100 best small companies to work for.
A survey of our employees, undertaken by The Sunday Times and Best Companies, resulted in high scores for commitment to staff wellbeing, personal growth, pay and benefits, leadership, and corporate responsibility.

“Around a third of our employees work remotely from our Manchester office, which presents unique challenges in staff engagement and communication. We’re able to demonstrate that it’s possible to have a happy, motivated and engaged workforce without having everyone in one building.
Our high score in the ‘Giving Something Back’ category was a result of support to local organisations such as Tameside4good, Factory Youth Zone, Convoy of Happiness and Forever Manchester, supporting local charities and young people, two things we care deeply about as people, and as a work community.
Recruiting, retaining and maintaining a motivated workforce in disruptive times is key, and an award such as this puts us right up there with the best companies in the country and gives us confidence in our ability, agility and future capability.”
