Phil Jones Sales and Marketing Director
He joined Brother in his mid 20s as a fax salesman in the South East and proceeded to work his way up through the organisation, being appointed a non-executive director at 32. Phil's current role is to create and deploy the sales and marketing strategies that will help Brother achieve its ambitious growth targets in a fiercely competitive sector where prices erode every year.

| Terry Caulfield General Manager - Sales Printing Solutions Division Terry leads an experienced commercial management team, including a product management team who are responsible for the whole life-cycle of all our machines, from delivery to recycling.
He began his IT career in 1984 and moved to Brother UK in 1991. He has previously worked for GEC, Logica and IBM and draws on years of experience of the ever-changing IT environment to ensure Brother's products and solutions meet market needs.

Mike Kelly General Manager - Identification
Mike joined Brother in 1981 as a sales rep based in the south of England. He has worked in all areas of sales, including retail, corporate and channel. Having moved north some years ago, Mike is now the general manager of our labelling products division.
