What is Brother's Managed Print Service?

Brother's Managed Print Service allows you to consider leasing hardware, including installation; training and service, then pay for the supplies on a 'per click' basis, throughout an agreed period. Although, MPS can help to reduce your cash-flow.

What are the benefits of using Brother's Managed Print Service?

We can help you manage all your printing needs through an easy to use web portal, providing visibility and control, improved productivity, reduction of costs and total peace of mind throughout the agreed period.

What lease periods are available on Brother's MPS?

Brother MPS offers, 3, 4 or 5 year lease options.

What are the 'fixed costs' and 'variable costs' in the agreement?

The fixed costs are the rental amount for the hardware and service over the lease period. The variable cost is the amount of pages you print. You only pay for what is printed in the variable costs. Fixed cost is payable every quarter of the lease period (IE 3 year = 12 quarterly payments)
The variable cost is a half yearly payment

What is a 'click' rate?

Click rate is the price paid for every page printed, there is a set price for mono page prints and a set price for colour page prints

Do you pay a minimum charge?

One of the key benefits of using Brother's Managed Print Service is that you only pay for what you print, there are NO 'minimum' volumes.

Essentially, there are basic PC and network requirements which our approved Managed Print Service suppliers can advise you with.

We are currently rolling out our Managed Print Service, with an assessment and appropriate training programme to our vast reseller base and as such will forward your details to a selection of our approved Brother MPS suppliers.
