Safe Haven Fax

How does it work?

Safe Haven Fax can be set up in a few simple steps. Just install the supplied software on your PC, and then turn on the PC Fax Receive feature on your printer. It will then automatically send received faxes to your networked PC where they can be stored.

If your PC is switched off, the machine securely stores faxes in its own memory (the number held is shown on the LCD display), and as soon as you log in to your PC it sends them on to you.

Scenario:

a GP practice needed to share medical records with local hospitals and private health insurers, but as a growing surgery it no longer had the space (or budget) to accommodate a dedicated, secure fax machine with its own phone line as well as a printer.
