TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To be eligible for this Customer Cash back, Free Toner or Extended Warranty Promotion you must have purchased one of the qualifying Brother Colour Laser Products listed below between 1st January - 31st March 2011 (inclusive).

2. This Brother UK Ltd (BUK) promotion is valid only on the above Qualifying Products which must be purchased from a Brother Authorised Dealer within the United Kingdom, details of which are available by telephoning 08444 999 444.
3. This promotion is only valid on direct from manufacturer new products sourced as in Clause 2. Refurbished machines, second-hand machines, any machine acquired from commercial leasing, hire purchase, URN supported business or similar arrangements and any machines sourced via the internet from a company not registered in the United Kingdom do not qualify; in addition any machines acquired free of charge as part of any promotion supported direct or indirect by Brother UK Ltd are also ineligible: in all circumstances it is the responsibility of the claimant to check the validity of supply.
4. To claim this promotion you must submit details on line within 28 days from the date of purchase via the promotions link on www.brother.co.uk. You will be required to enter the relevant promotional code listed in clause 1. To enable us to verify your purchase, you should enter personal identification details as requested and :-
a. if claiming cash back you will need to advise the details of the bank account into which you want the funds remitting in addition send all documentation back to BUK with a copy of your proof of purchase; via post or fax as detailed on the promotional website.
i. Cash back claims will be verified on receipt of your completed details and proof of purchase. BUK accepts no responsibility for lost claims in any circumstances including incorrect registration.
ii. Once your claim has been verified, your cash back will be arranged direct through BACS transfer within 28 days of receipt by BUK no other form of remittance is permitted.
iii. BUK can accept no responsibility for non receipt of BACS payments for any reason.
b. if claiming the free TN328 High Yield Toner the promotional code will activate your claim and you need to take no further action as the toner will be sent to the address advised within 28 days.
c. if claiming extended warranty the promotional code will activate your claim and you need to take no further action as your verification will be updated at BUK.
5. A Confirmation Email will be sent at the end of your initial registration - subsequent registration details can be viewed on - line.
6. Only one claim per machine/serial number can be made. Customers may claim cash back, high yield toner or extended warranty for a total maximum of one hundred Qualifying Products during the promotional period.
7. All claims must be received by BUK on or before 30th April 2011. Any claims received after this date will be void.
8. BUK extended Warranty assumes the use of Brother original consumables using any compatible consumable or refills may invalidate any warranty claim
9. This promotion is open to all residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoters and their immediate families, its resellers, distributors, wholesalers, commercial lease partners, financial institutions and agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion. Claims must be submitted by end user customers only any claims received from resellers on behalf of their customers will not be accepted.
10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Brother Group promotion.
11. By entering the promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. This promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
12. In all matters regarding this promotion, the decision of BUK will be final and binding.
13. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
14. All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988
15. BUK may send you promotional information from time to time featuring news on new products, services and future promotions. If you do not wish to receive such information, please indicate this on the registration page when making your claim.
