To be eligible for this Customer Cash back promotion you must have purchased one of the qualifying Brother Colour Laser Products listed below between 1st September - 31st December 2010 (inclusive). Qualifying Products £150 Cashback - DCP-9042CDN, DCP-9045CDN, MFC-9450CDN, MFC-9840CDW (Promotion code colour150) 2. This Brother promotion is valid only on the above Qualifying Products which must be purchased from a Brother Authorised Dealer within the United Kingdom, details of which are available by telephoning 0845 606 0626. 3. This promotion is only valid on direct from manufacturer new products sourced as in Clause 2. Refurbished machines, second-hand machines, any machine acquired from commercial leasing, hire purchase or similar arrangements and any machines sourced via the internet from a company not registered in the United Kingdom do not qualify; in addition any machines acquired free of charge as part of any promotion supported direct or indirect by Brother UK Ltd are also ineligible: in all circumstances it is the responsibility of the claimant to check the validity of the supplier. 4. To claim this promotion you must submit details on line via the promotions link on www.brother.co.uk. You will be required to enter the promotional code COLOUR150 - £150 Cash back. To enable us to verify your purchase, you should enter personal identification details as requested and details of the bank account into which you want the funds remitting and send all documentation back to Brother UK within 28 days along with a copy of your proof of purchase; via post or fax as detailed on the promotional website. 5. All Cash back payments are paid direct through BACS transfer no other form of remittance is permitted. 6. On receipt of your completed details and proof of purchase your claim will be verified. Brother UK Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost claims in any circumstances including incorrect registration. 7. A Confirmation Email will be sent at the end of your initial registration - subsequent registration details and updates can be viewed on - line.
8. Once your claim has been verified, your cash back will be arranged within 28 days of receipt by Brother UK Ltd who can accept no responsibility for non receipt of BACS payments for any reason. 9. Only one claim per machine/serial number can be made. 10. All claims must be received by Brother UK Ltd on or before 15th January 2010. Any claims received after this date will be void. 11. This promotion is open to all residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the promoters and their immediate families, its resellers, commercial lease partners, financial institutions and agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion. 12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Brother promotion. 13. By entering the promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
