TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To be eligible for this Cash back or Free 2nd/3rd Year On-site Warranty promotion you
must have purchased one of the qualifying Brother Colour LED Products listed below
between 1st June - 30th June (inclusive).
Qualifying Products
£100 Cash back or On-site Warranty: DCP-9010CN, MFC-9120CN, MFC-9320CW
£50 Cash back or On-Site Warranty: HL-3040CN, HL-3070CW
2. This Brother promotion is valid only on the above Qualifying Product which must be
purchased from a Brother Authorised Dealer within the United Kingdom, details of
which are available by telephoning 0845 606 0626.
3. This promotion is only valid on direct from manufacturer new products sourced as in
Clause 2. Refurbished machines, second-hand machines, any machine acquired
from commercial leasing, hire purchase or similar arrangements and any machines
sourced via the internet from a company not registered in the United Kingdom do not
qualify; in addition any machines acquired free of charge as part of any promotion
supported direct or indirect by Brother UK Ltd are also ineligible: in all circumstances
it is the responsibility of the claimant to check the validity of the supplier.
4. When making your claim please register your product by following the warranty
registration link on www.brother.co.uk. You will be required to enter the promotional
code COLOUR50 - £50 Cash back, COLOUR100 - £100 Cash back or
CWARRANTY - FREE 2nd/3rd Year On-site Warranty (UK mainland only). To
enable us to verify your purchase, you will also be required to enter, the model
number and serial number of the machine you have purchased, the name of your
retailer or supplier. (All personal information will be processed in accordance with the
Data Protection Act 1988.)
5. The promotional code will activate your claim. If you fail to enter the promotional
code your claim will not be registered and you will not be able to claim; Brother UK
Ltd accepts no responsibility for lost claims in any circumstances including incorrect
registration.
6. A Confirmation Email will be sent at the end of your initial registration - subsequent
registration details can be viewed on - line.
7. All Cash back payments are paid direct through BACS transfer; therefore you will be
requested to enter your bank details. We will also require your name and address.
(All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection
Act 1988.)
8. Once your claim has been verified, your cash back will be arranged within 28 days.
Brother UK accepts no responsibility for non receipt of BACS payments for any
reason.
9. Only one claim per machine/serial number can be made.
10. All claims must be received by Brother UK on or before 15th July 2010. Any claims
received after this date will be void.
11. This promotion is open to all residents aged 18 or over, except employees of the
promoters and their immediate families, its resellers, commercial lease partners,
financial institutions and agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and
administration of the promotion.
12. This promotion can not be used in conjunction with any other Brother promotion.
13. Brother extended Warranty assumes the use of Brother original consumables using
any compatible consumable or refills may invalidate any warranty claim
14. By entering the promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. This
promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
15. In all matters regarding this promotion, the decision of Brother UK will be final and
binding.
16. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17. Brother UK Ltd may send you promotional information from time to time featuring
news on new products, services and future promotions. If you do not wish to receive
such information, please indicate this on the registration page when making your
claim
