Brother Labellers (Includes QL and PT):
1. To be eligible to qualify for this promotion you must purchase one of the following Brother labelling products (inclusive):
QL-500BW, QL-560, QL-570, QL-580N, QL-650TD, QL-1050, QL-1060N, PT-18R, PT-90, PT-1000P, PT-1000BTS, PT-1005F, PT-1090, GL-200, PT-1230PC, PT-1290DT, PT-1830VP, PT-2100VP, PT-2430PC, PT-2460, PT-2700, PT-7100VP, PT-7500VP, PT-7600VP, PT-3600, PT-9500PC, PT-9600, PT-9700PC, PT-2730VP, QL-580N
2. All machines must be purchased from a recognised Brother UK Ltd dealer or distributor (details available on application) Brother UK Ltd will accept no liability for machines purchased from alternative suppliers see clause 10 of these Terms and Conditions.
3. In order to claim your "Free additional 2 years warranty" (total 3 years) either apply:-On-line - visit www.brother.co.uk
Answer 4 simple questions regarding the purchase of your labelling machine, and then create an account which will allow you to log in and display your registration details. Once this has been submitted you will need to enter the following information for your extended warranty - your name and address, plus model number and serial number of the products purchased. Once completed and submitted you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Complete the entry form in the product box and return it to the address provided.
4. Brother UK Ltd will not be liable for any registrations which are not received for processing for any reason including transmission error.
5. This promotional extended warranty is not transferable.
6. This promotion is open to all UK Mainland residents aged 18 or over, who have purchased a qualifying product except employees of the promoters and their immediate families, its resellers, commercial lease partners, financial institutions and agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
7. Only one claim per machine/serial number can be made. Duplicate claims will not be accepted.
8. In all matters regarding this promotion, the decision of Brother UK will be final and binding.
9. By entering the promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material. This promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
10. This promotion is only valid on new products sold in Mainland United Kingdom, refurbished machines, machines bought from an individual on ebay or any other owner transfer arrangements, or any machines bought via the internet from a company whose distribution base or registered offices are outside Mainland United Kingdom do not qualify
11. Brother UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without any liability to any direct to indirect party.
12. This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Brother UK Ltd may send you promotional information from time to time featuring news on new products, services and future promotions; if you do not wish to receive such information, please indicate this on the web claim form.
