Good Buy Perfect all round
Great product with both A4 and A3 trays. Printing quality and speed good. Once installed it's easy to use, and great with the screen on the front.

Easy to use and set up
The first thing we noticed when we started to set it up was how straight forward it was, there were no issues with linking this to the PC, and once the set up and registration were complete and we started using it it was so simple. The configeration and the setting up of the speed dial numbers was easy. The use of the touch screen, and keys were straightforward, the loading of different paper sizes/types no problem. Print quality very good, Fax functions easy, speed (compared with our last machine) very good, there were no issues with the link to PC . All in all we are pleased with our purchase.

A4 paper feed stopped working after a few months so having to print everything A3.
Seems to be flimsy, temperamental and noisy for a work environment, invest in a professional printer for work, might be ok for home use if you are lucky.

Other than a minor problem with my firewall preventing the "scan to file" feature working until I fixed the firewall, this duplex printer/scanner/copier/fax is everything I expected. I bought the printer at the shop which is never knowingly undersold and it was delivered within a week.

Very good feature-range and good to excellent performance
I had read reviews of this printer criticising its print quality. While it is clearly not a photo-printer, its text print-performance even on the cheapest copier-paper is excellent, approaching laser sharpness. I have experienced no problems with paper jams or print-head cleaning. It is not the fastest printer, but print-speeds at high quality are very acceptable, even in duplex. Again, I have found no problems or criticisms of its performance in scanning and copying. About the only drawback is that automatic duplex scanning is only up to A4; A3 duplex scanning must be done manually.
