Driver Deployment Wizard

Brother's Driver Deployment Wizard is a simple way of installing new printer drivers onto multiple PCs quickly and efficiently. It means that drivers with customised settings can be installed by the user with the click of a mouse button rather than someone in IT having to manually configure every PC in the office.

How does it work?
Using Driver Deployment Wizard an IT administrator can create a file containing new printer drivers to be installed which would typically be distributed throughout the company using e-mail. When end users receive the e-mail all they have to do is double click to install the new printer.

Scenario: A new printer has been installed into an office supporting 30 employees. Normally it would take the IT department at least 3 hours of their time to manually install the new drivers onto 30 PCs, not to mention the disruption to the workforce. The introduction of Driver Deployment Wizard has transformed this task - the IT department can now deploy new drivers across the whole company in minutes and with less PC downtime.
