Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) provide information and recommendations to ensure the safe handling and storage of relevant Brother products in accordance with EU Regulation.
Due to changes in EU Legislation, from Monday 12 November 2012 all requests for MSDS / SDS must be obtained directly by the customer.
According to Article 31(9) of REACH regulation (1272/2008), Brother is obliged to provide all recipients of our MSDS/SDS with any revisions that occur in the next 12 months.
Therefore, when downloading a MSDS/SDS, you will be required to complete a series of questions before access is permitted to your chosen product, as follows:
* Customers are asked to confirm if they are an EU resident
* Customers are asked to leave their e-mail details **
* Customers are asked to confirm their email address is correct
** e-mail details submitted on this website will only be used to send any revised copies of the relevant SDS/MSDS.
