To achieve this Brother UK Ltd need clear management systems and responsibilities which support the achievement of our organisation's business goals and quality objectives.

Contained within this policy manual and supporting operational procedures manual are the means by which our organisation's business goals shall be achieved, and methods of measuring continual improvement of our business systems.
I am committed to the contents of our documented system and intend to ensure that all staff within Brother UK Ltd are aware of this policy and understand their responsibilities to the operational procedures.

In order to maintain the effectiveness of the documented management system a member of my management team has been given specific responsibility and authority in this area. This individual carries executive responsibility and authority for quality and related issues.
By doing so we shall be able to demonstrate that we have developed, implemented and maintained a management system which satisfies our needs, our customer's needs, and meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
